Software

The login node is the only server not equipped with GPUs and the software list is different than on the compute nodes and does not contain GPU related binaries.

Singularity containers

Each server in the cluster has the ability to securely run several types of containers, including OCI Docker containers (some special care is needed when building Docker containers for Singularity). Please consult the official https://github.com/sylabs/singularity.

Software requests

Each user of the cluster can request a software to be installed on the login node and on compute nodes. Please send propositions to K.Wilczek@mimuw.edu.pl.
